Our delivery service
If you want to order CBD in large quantities, there is only one address: The CBD Wholesaler! In addition to offering the highest quality products, we guarantee the best delivery service. All packages are prepared with the utmost care and shipped as soon as possible. We deliver in France, but not only.
Our Packages
We ship each order within 24 hours of receiving your payment. The packages are prepared in France and have a neutral packaging, which guarantees the discretion of your delivery. Depending on your preferences, we deliver your products with or without our labels. In the future, we also plan to help you create your own labels.
Furthermore, we can deliver products already detailed and therefore ready for sale. For retail sales, flowers and resins are packaged in 2g, 5g, 10g or 20g glass jars while oils are contained in 10ml, 30ml or 100ml tinted glass bottles. Otherwise, our flowers and resins are packaged in transparent plastic bags and hermetically sealed. As for the oils, they are contained in 1 liter cans.
We are very transparent about the composition of our products. Inside each package, you will have access to the results of the analyses made by LEAF, an independent French laboratory. Indeed, we test each product to ensure compliance with French and European standards on THC levels.
Deliveries
Le Grossiste CBD delivers not only to France, but also to Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain. Delivery is free for orders over 99 euros. Due to customs and administrative formalities, we are unable to deliver to French overseas departments and territories. For Corsica, deliveries are made by Colissimo, GLS, Mondial Relay and soon Chronopost.
You have the choice between three modes of delivery on The Wholesaler CBD:
- Chronopost: this carrier allows you to receive your order within one day. Delivery is made to your home address, and you can track the progress of your order by entering the tracking number on the Colissimo website (https://www.chronopost.fr/fr/suivi-colis). This tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail or SMS as soon as your order has been dispatched. For orders under €99, delivery costs are €9.90.
- Colissimo: this carrier delivers your order within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery is made to your home address, and you can track the progress of your parcel by entering the tracking number on the Colissimo website (http://www.colissimo.fr/particuliers/home.jsp.). This tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail or SMS as soon as your order has been dispatched. For orders under €99, delivery costs are €14.90.
- Mondial Relay: this is the only carrier available if you live abroad. Delivery is made to the relay point of your choice, and takes between 2 and 6 working days. You have 10 days in which to collect your parcel by showing proof of identity. To find out the address of the relay point, you can use the Track & Trace function on the Mondial Relay website (https://www.mondialrelay.fr/suivi-de-colis/), using the tracking number received by e-mail/SMS. There are 11,000 relay points in France, 3,000 in Spain and 1,400 in Luxembourg and Belgium. For orders under 99 euros, delivery costs are 14.90 euros.
- Pick up on site: if you have the possibility, you can come and pick up your order in our offices located at 60 rue des Cherchevets, in Suresnes near Paris (92150). Of course, this delivery option is free!
Our return policy
Since its creation, The CBD Wholesaler is the reference site for everything that concerns the purchase of CBD in bulk. Concerned about giving you complete satisfaction, we attach the greatest importance to the quality of our products and the reliability of our deliveries. However, you can count on our return policy in case of unforeseen circumstances.

I did not receive my order
If you still have not received your order three weeks after the shipment of the package, we will proceed to your full refund. All you have to do is contact us by email or by phone so that we can intervene.
Please note: if the tracking number indicates that the delivery has been made, we will not be able to refund you. You will have to file a claim with the carrier.
I have changed my mind
If you change your mind after having validated the payment of your order, you have a period of 15 days upon receipt of the package to proceed with a return and receive your refund. You will just have to contact us by email or by phone so that we can intervene.
Attention: the return costs are at your expense. In addition, The Wholesaler CBD undertakes to refund only the items whose package has not been opened.
