Is it mandatory to use a CBD lab?

In France, the law of January 2022 prohibits the marketing of CBD products with a THC level higher than 0.3%. The control of the THC level in finished products is therefore essential to ensure compliance with regulations.

As hemp extracts and flowers are natural products, their composition is likely to vary according to the species and even within a plot.
